Jim Gannon completed a trio of English signings by snapping up Giles Coke from Northampton Town. The 23 year old was paraded at Fir Park despite some controversy over the signing. His old club, Northampton have claimed the player's agent agreed a deal with the Sixfields club and have launched an enquiry with the relevant governing body. Coke had previously represented Kingstonian, and Mansfield Town prior to joining the Cobblers in 2007.
